Dissemination, communication, and awareness

WG4 ensures that the Action’s results achieve maximum visibility, impact, and uptake by coordinating dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities. Bringing together experts from across all disciplines, WG4 positions the Action as a key reference for the prevention and control of zoonotic hepeviruses.

Core activities include developing and maintaining the Action website as a central knowledge hub; coordinating communication with stakeholders, policy-makers, and the public through newsletters, media engagement, and targeted updates; and strengthening collaboration with European and international organizations through formal partnerships. WG4 also leads the dissemination of scientific outputs, protocols, and guidelines produced by all Working Groups, ensuring wide accessibility and adoption. In addition, WG4 organizes training events, workshops, short missions, and the first international conference on zoonotic hepeviruses, providing a high-profile platform to showcase results, foster collaboration, and raise awareness.
